How to Submit a Help Desk ticket for Tech Support

To submit a ticket please follow these steps:

April 14, 2025.

Choose the service your requesting tech help and fill out the form. Make sure to include as much detail related to the tech issue in the request form.

Login if the system asks you to login using your FAU NetID credentials (same information you use to login to MyFAU, Canvas, and other FAU resources)
 

When the ticket is submitted you will receive an email acknowledgement that the ticket is in the system. you will also be notified via email once we are able to complete your request.
