How to Submit Changes to COE Website Content

To submit a ticket please follow these steps:

April 28, 2020.

Go to (link will open a new browser tab or window.)

Click on Request Help

Click on Public Affairs

Click on Web Support
Click on Web Site Editing (CMS) Support

Click on Submit a Ticket

Login if the system asks you to login using your FAU NetID credentials (same information you use to login to MyFAU, Canvas, and other FAU resources)

Fill out the form. Make sure to indicate the page you want to edit. Attach any documents or files needed to complete the work.

When the ticket is submitted you will receive an email acknowledgement that the ticket is in the system. you will also be notified via email once we are able to complete your request.
