Academic Programs

The School Leaders Master’s Degree is delivered through four programs. Three of these (PROPEL, EXEQ, and ELITE), are partnership programs developed with public school districts in Southeast Florida. To apply to these programs candidates must first be nominated by their school principal.

The IDEAL program is open to emerging teacher leaders across all public, charter, private, faith-based, and alternative schools statewide. Candidates self-enroll directly. For more details, click the program icon below or contact Dr. John Hardman, IDEAL Program Director, at whardma1@fau.edu .
