Elite Owls Leadership and Service Ambassadors

Lead. Serve. Represent.

The Elite Owls Leadership and Service Ambassadors program is a selective, paid peer leadership initiative within the Weppner Center for LEAD and Service-Learning. This program prepares students to serve as campus ambassadors who support leadership education, student organizations, and civic engagement efforts across Florida Atlantic University.

Formatted as an advanced, experiential leadership opportunity, Elite Owls provides students with meaningful, hands-on experiences through leadership programming, service initiatives, conferences, and university-wide engagement. Ambassadors serve as visible representatives of the Weppner Center while developing high-impact leadership, facilitation, and professional competencies.

As Elite Owls, we envision a thriving community of purpose-driven student leaders grounded in teamwork, accountability, and open-minded collaboration. United in our commitment to one another, we rise to lead and inspire students across Florida Atlantic University, creating a lasting legacy through leadership, service, and civic engagement.

Program Structure
