Kelly Emelianchik-Key

Dr. Kelly Emelianchik-Key, LMHC-QS, LMFT, NCC, ACS, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Florida Atlantic University and serves as Doctoral Program Coordinator and Chi Sigma Iota Chapter Faculty Advisor. She has clinical experience working in hospitalization settings, community agencies, and private practice. Dr. Emelianchik-Key has worked with various community populations. She also has multiple book chapters, peer-reviewed journal publications, and a co-authored textbook on NSSI. Some of Dr. Emelianchik-Key’s current or former leadership and service roles include serving on multiple journal editorial boards, Associate Editor for The Professional Counselor, and Treasurer for the Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES; 2023-2026), and Emerging Leaders Co-Chair for the Association of Assessment in Research and Counseling (AARC; 2022-2025).
