Leadership Learning Annual Convening
June 15-17, 2026 – Boca Raton, FL

Florida Atlantic University's Office of Educational Leadership Learning (OELL) in partnership with Florida Atlantic Laboratory Schools' Center for Educational Strategy and Innovation (CESI) are excited to host this year’s convening in Boca Raton from June 15th-17th, 2026.

The 2026 Florida Atlantic Leadership Learning Convening will welcome teams from school districts, charter networks, education consortia, colleges, and universities who will engage in impactful professional learning and networking around teacher preparation and leadership development. The attendees include principals, district leaders, program directors, and higher education faculty working in various contexts with a common goal to positively impact students and enhance the educational landscape of Florida. The Convening activities include breakout sessions curated from attendee input as well as dedicated workgroup time to collaborate, plan, and tackle common problems of practice.

To ensure representation from across the state and reduce barriers to participation, registration, lodging, and meals will be provided at no cost to participants.

Lodging will be provided at the Wyndham Boca Raton,1950 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, 33431, on Monday and Tuesday. The convening will be held at the Florida Atlantic University Laboratory School Campus, 777 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, 33431

Each organization will also be provided with a single travel stipend, calculated from to distance from your central office to FAU Boca.

Attendees are responsible for all other expenses they may incur by attending this convening.
