What is Respondent Services?

Respondent Services at Florida Atlantic University provides multi-partial guidance for students who have been accused of sexual misconduct related violations of the FAU Student Code of Conduct (Reg 4.007) or the Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy. Possible violations may include: sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Respondent Services assists students accused of sexual misconduct with understanding their rights, interpreting FAU policies and navigating the associated investigation and adjudication process.
