The term "first-generation college student" is defined as a college student whose parents have not earned a degree from a four-year college or university.

As Academic Advisors and Coaches, we want to offer you concierge advising services for First-Generation in College students!

Whether you are an incoming student who needs assistance with on-boarding or a freshman or sophomore, we are here to help! We will even answer questions for your parents as they help you navigate college life!

Enroll in SLS 1412 The Learning Community Experience (Course Section F01, F02, or F03), a free, 0-credit course designed to help first-year, first-generation students build community, discover campus resources, and develop the skills needed for a successful transition to college.
