Kick Off Your Future is an early key step in the journey— helping students connect with valuable resources and explore career options. Kick Off Your Future Career Readiness Module is your introduction to the career planning process. Within this module, you will find many benefits, including

A better understanding of your personal values, interests, and skills—and how they connect to academic majors and careers.
Insights into academic and career readiness skills needed for today’s workforce.
Awareness of employment opportunities and wage prospects for different majors.
Access to critical career readiness resources at the Florida Atlantic Career Center.

Build a resume
Learn about career skills and gaining experience
Complete the affirmation survey

Where can I go with questions about the program or about the hold?

Once you complete the Canvas course, if you have a "CM" Hold, it will be removed within 24 hours, and your OwlDone portal will be updated.

Should you need the hold removed sooner to register for classes, please email career@fau.edu.
