First-year students have access to a wide range of services, all included in tuition:

• Subject tutoring for Math, Science, Business, Engineering, and Languages
• Writing consultations for any written assignments
• Learning Assistants, Supplemental Instruction Leaders, and embedded tutors for select courses
• Speaking consultations for presentational communication
• Academic coaching and technology literacy for students enrolled in online courses

Yes! In fact, our center usually employs over 250 students each academic year. Qualifications, responsibilities, and compensation vary across our academic support programs, but all of these opportunities offer flexible schedules and help our employees master and apply content in their majors.
