Preparing for Readiness and Academic Improvement
for pre-School ELs (PRAISE)
Impact on Practice
The results of PRAISE reflect the power of partnership, persistence, and purpose. Together, Florida Atlantic University and the School District of Osceola County have created a professional learning model that is transforming early childhood classrooms and leadership practices. Through data-informed coaching, collaborative inquiry, and a shared commitment to student success, PRAISE has strengthened teacher effectiveness and advanced school readiness for preschool English learners. These results celebrate the collective impact of educators and leaders who believe in every child’s potential—and who are making that belief a reality across classrooms and communities.
