Office of Educational Leadership Learning (OELL)

This professional learning course is designed to develop school leaders with the knowledge and skills to understand and meet the expectations of the Florida Educational Leadership Standards (FELS) in order to successfully lead schools that result in student academic success and well-being. Developing effective school leaders requires professional learning opportunities focused on improving instructional leadership practice and this Microcredential meets this need. Participants will be provided an overview of the newly updated FELS as well as background into their evolution to this current iteration. Opportunities for application of new knowledge are provided with activities designed to transfer into current participants practice and context.
