Start with Why?:

Attendees will be able to reflect on their values and their actions so that they can articulate the purpose for what they do and why they do it. It is proven in research that others don't buy in to what you do but why you do it.

 

Building Bridges through Common Purpose and Consensus:

From the lens of conflict management, this session focuses on strategies that will aid in developing a common purpose for a group of individuals and how to get everyone to positively work together towards an end goal.

 

Group vs Teams:

This session helps an entity move from being a group, a collection of individuals who coordinate activities for an end goal, to a team, which is a collection of group members who share a common purpose and develop synergy as they accomplish tasks and achieve the end goal.

 

Leading from Within - Following is Setting the Tone:

Leadership development focuses highly on what it takes to lead a group of individuals but not the skills needed to be a good follower. In this session, attendees will learn about the importance of followership in the group dynamic and the power each has to move a group forward to accomplish the goal!

 

Leading with Your Voice: From Here to Career:

This empowering session focuses on having attendees to use their voice and communication skills to "sell" their leaderships skills, professional experiences, and personal story to further their development, whether this is for graduate school, a job, or all other amazing opportunities.
