Dr. Yash Bhagwanji Helps Redefine National Guidelines for Environmental Educator Skills with Early Childhood Focus

Dr. Yash Bhagwanji has co-written, in collaboration with other leading experts nationwide, an exciting new edition of a revised national resource on professional development in environmental education, entitled “Guidelines for Excellence Environmental Educator Knowledge and Skills”. Dr. Bhagwanji played a primary role in adding early childhood perspectives to significantly reconceptualize the new edition, a previously underrepresented area in the original work. This resource offers state-of-the-art recommendations for course design, research, and grant writing and may be of particular interest to those working in character education, environmental education, and program development.
