Fall 2025 MVSS Graduation

On November 20, 2025, The Honorable Douglas A. Collins, Secretary, U.S. Department Veterans Affairs, Mrs. Collins, President Hasner, and the First Lady joined Military and Veteran Student Success (MVSS) for a very special tribute for Florida Atlantic's Fall 2025 military, veteran, and military family member Graduates! The Honorable Secretary Collins - who is an Iraq theater Veteran and current U.S. Air Force Reserve member - shared his inspiration for the graduates regarding the importance of "passion" and continuously moving forward "like a flowing river". MVSS Graduates included active duty, selected reserve, national guard, Veterans, military family, and Florida Atlantic Army ROTC Talon Battalion Cadets. Also proudly recognized was "Gunner", a canine service dog who accompanied a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran graduate.
