Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy

(minimum of 120 credits required)

In addition to the University and College requirements for admission and graduation, students majoring in philosophy are required to earn a minimum of 33 credit hours in philosophy courses as described in the table below.

All courses must be taken for a grade and must be passed with a 'C' or above, in order to count toward the degree.

If any courses are taken for the for the B.A. in philosophy that do not conform to the lists below, permission must be obtained from the philosophy undergraduate advisor (Dr. Clevis Headley, headley@fau.edu ).
