Proposal Development Liftoff

The Proposal Development Liftoff (PDL) supports prospective PIs by providing feedback on grant proposals in progress. Participants selected for the program will receive reviews of their proposal sections from experienced researchers and scholars.

Who is this for?

PDL aims to assist PI-eligible faculty who have identified a specific funding program to which they wish to apply (refer to FAU’s PI eligibility policy).

How long is this program?

The program begins with a webinar in January, followed by sessions in February and March. In late March or early April, we will finish with an in-person capstone event.

What outcomes will I achieve?

This program will help you shape and complete your chosen proposal through sessions involving research team-building, application of review principles, and advice from funded scholars and researchers.
