Tammy Fogarty, PhD, RD

Dr. Tammy Fogarty, PhD, RD, is a registered dietitian, educator, and leader in integrative health with over two decades of experience helping individuals achieve sustainable, whole-body wellness. She specializes in women’s health, with expertise in menopause, gut health, weight management, and chronic disease prevention and management. Tammy brings a practical, science-driven approach to nutrition, helping clients navigate hormonal changes, improve metabolic health, support digestive function, and address conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular risk, and weight-related concerns. Her approach avoids extremes, focusing instead on sustainable strategies that align with real life.

In addition to her clinical work, Tammy is an adjunct Professor in the College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She is also the founder of About Thyme Nutrition and the author of Limitless Health, where she translates complex nutrition science into approachable, actionable strategies.
