Integrative Health and Wellness Events

At the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health, we offer several free health and wellness programs and events that encourage patients and community members to participate in fitness and self-care activities that engage both active individuals and those who experience chronic pain. Our emphasis is on treating the whole person to facilitate overall health and wellness.
