Bio:
In Alex's role as Coordinator, she manages a portfolio of over 15 study abroad programs! Aside from this, she also serves as the Benjamin A. Gilman and the FAU Education Abroad Scholarship Advisor. Alex has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education, focused in International Ed. at FAU! Prior to coming to FAU, Alex worked at Florida International University and Keiser University within the Academic Affairs and International Admissions departments. Aside from her experience in Higher Education, Alex has also worked as an Immigration Specialist for local Non-Profits, assisting refugees with their U.S. Naturalization process. Alex believes that experiencing and embracing new cultures is essential to all. Alex looks forward to helping FAU students achieve their study abroad goals!
