Haitian Creole Support Group
Welcome to Nou Konprann Otis, a support group created to provide support, education, and resources to Haitian families impacted by autism. Our goal is to offer culturally aware guidance and help parents feel empowered as they advocate for their children throughout their developmental journey. The group is facilitated by Jeffrey Lucas, Clinical Outreach Specialist and Haitian Creole speaker, who is passionate about supporting families and helping them connect with resources, services, and community support. Through open discussions, guest speakers, and shared experiences, families can learn more about autism spectrum disorder (ASD), school supports, community resources, and strategies to help their children thrive.
