Florida Atlantic CARD BRIDGE initiative provides guidance and support to adolescents and young adults,12-25 years of age, with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related disability, their parents, and families. The road from youth to adulthood is a tremendous change. The BRIDGE initiative is here to provide expanded specialized supports and consultation to develop meaningful outcomes for adulthood.
