Immigration Orientation AND Check-in
Both Immigration Orientation and Immigration Check-In sessions are federally mandated processes. All new international students who are starting as new students, changing status, or changing their level of study are required to attend. You MUST attend both sessions to fulfill your F-1 requirements.

Mandatory Sessions for F1 students
1. Immigration Orientation (In-person)
This is an informational session to learn about F1 regulations and requirements. Students must attend the orientation to learn how to maintain F-1 status.

2. Immigration Check-in (Via Zoom)
This is a virtual session where students submit all their immigration documents for review. Students must complete the check-in process to be registered in SEVIS.
