Organoid Models of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma in Clinical and Translational Research: Pilot Study

About This Study

This study will involve the participation of patients undergoing clinical evaluation or treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The purpose of this project is to study in the laboratory the effects of different treatments in tumor models created in the laboratory from real tissue. The goal is to keep some of the tissue that is removed during surgery. This tissue will be used in research in order to learn more about cancer and other diseases. This tissue collection is not designed to specifically help the patient it was removed from. It might help people who have cancer and other diseases in the future.

Participation Eligibility
