Dual Enrollment Course Selection Resources

The list below is comprised of general education courses at FAU that are eligible for Dual Enrollment. All the courses listed are at the lower division level and are in line with the general education curriculum here at FAU. Completing these courses as a Dual Enrollment student can provide you with the opportunity to start this requirement early.

If you are interested in pursuing a degree with FAU, note that as a Degree-seeking student you will be required to complete a minimum of thirty-six credit hours of general education coursework, as indicated in the five categories listed here. However, certain FAU degree programs will require specific lower division general education requirements. It’s important that prior to you selecting your Dual Enrollment courses that you’ve reviewed the program requirements to ensure program applicability. You can find all of FAU’s degree programs in the University Catalog here

If you are transferring the college credits you earn through dual enrollment to a school other than FAU, we recommend looking at the program requirements at the institution you are hoping to attend. This ensures you are taking the correct courses as determined by your intended school, and that they will be applicable to your degree program.

This list is subject to change and does not include all courses eligible for Dual Enrollment at FAU. If you would like to view additional classes that are not included in the general education curriculum, please visit the University Catalog. FAU does not verify or ensure transferability of FAU courses transferring to other institutions. The determination of transferability of FAU courses is determined by the institution who will award you your degree. For questions regarding if an FAU course will transfer, please contact your intended school directly.
