Florida Atlantic is a Top 100 Public University!

Today, we celebrate the exciting news that Florida Atlantic has ascended to No. 100 in U.S. News & World Report’s list of the nation’s “Top Public Schools” for 2026. This milestone reflects the extraordinary momentum and impact our university has built over the years, defined by excellence, innovation, and opportunity.

In addition to our Top 100 ranking, Florida Atlantic rose to No. 30 in the nation among both public and private universities for Social Mobility, a category that measures how well schools graduate their low-income and first-generation students. We also are ranked No. 25 nationally for Pell Grant Graduation Performance, a key indicator of how well we reduce barriers and support student achievement. These rankings recognize Florida Atlantic’s culture of access and academic excellence that is transforming lives and fueling generational change in South Florida and beyond.

I am honored to celebrate these achievements with our students, faculty, and staff members, whose hard work and dedication have propelled our rise as a national leader in higher education. With this bold trajectory, Florida Atlantic will continue to ascend, transforming lives through student success, innovative research, and social mobility.
