Researchers Inducted into FAU’s Chapter of National Academy of Inventors

Congratulations to four outstanding Florida Atlantic University researchers who have been selected for induction into the FAU Chapter of the National Academy of Inventors® (NAI), an esteemed non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging inventors in academia. Through demonstrated excellence in their respective fields, each inductee has been selected for their accomplishments in research and commercialization and for enhancing the visibility of scientific innovation at FAU.

This year’s inductees include Mehrdad Nojoumian, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and director of the Privacy, Security, and Trust in Autonomy Lab in FAU’s College of Engineering and Computer Science; Warner A. Miller, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Physics within FAU’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Science; Andrew Oleinikov, Ph.D., professor of biomedical science within FAU’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine; and Paul Wills, Ph.D., research professor and associate director for research at FAU’s Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute.

Congratulations again to Drs. Nojoumian, Miller, Oleinikov and Wills on this impressive accomplishment. Your inventions and achievements contribute greatly to FAU’s incredible history of discovery and innovation.
