  • 7.3 Flexible Work Arrangements:  This existing policy has been modified to foster a greater on-campus presence. The policy in its prior form was developed as a response to the pandemic to help reduce density on campus.  This modification follows the national trend and is designed to help strengthen the vibrancy of the University community with employees spending more time on campus together.
