Before moving forward, please make sure that you have completed all necessary requirements with the
Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs
(Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs). Below you will find information on how to request level 2 background checks for both Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs Summer and Fall/Spring camps and programs. Summer Camps/Programs Background Check Process

Prior to moving forward with the background check process, please ensure that your program or camp has been approved by the Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs Office. Background checks will not be initiated without approval for from the Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs Office.

Important Reminders
- Camp must be have their provisional approval from the Pre-Collegiate / Youth Programs Office prior to requesting background checks
- Approval by Human Resources must be received before offers of employment/volunteer service and before employee/volunteer can begin their assignment
- Summer Camp Background Checks can only be conducted within 60 days of Summer Camp employment.
- All required paperwork and spreadsheets must be submitted to Human Resources 90 days prior to the start of the Summer Camp/Program
- Human Resources will review the spreadsheet and supporting documents prior to initiating any background checks.
