Bradley M. Levine, has enjoyed a successful 20+ year career building software technology companies. Tellus LLC, Mr. Levine’s current company, is focused on healthcare technology specifically Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Digital Health. In addition to Tellus, Mr. Levine is also President of Tarpon Dreams, LLC, a luxury real estate and vacation rental company with properties in the Florida Keys, Big Sky Montana and Ft. Lauderdale FL.

Prior to this, Mr. Levine built Blue Frog Solutions, from the ground up into the largest life annuity insurance processor in America prior to being sold to a private equity fund in 2008 and a buyout firm in 2011. Before that, Mr. Levine built the Internet Broadcasting Company a provider of mutual fund trading systems. In August 1999, Mr. Levine sold IBC to INSCI a publicly traded firm based in Boston. Mr. Levine’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was a durable medical equipment company which was sold to Apria Healthcare early 2004. Over his career, Mr. Levine has created more than $120 million in value for his shareholders. However, early in his career Mr. Levine was a trader analyst for Meridian Bank in Ft Lauderdale and First Chicago Bank in Chicago.

In addition to professional life, Mr. Levine is civically involved. He was twice appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the senate to serve on Florida’s Board of Medicine. He chairs the Florida Atlantic University - Lab School Leadership committee to help raise money to build a new school. Mr. Levine’s commitment to education extended to participation on programs that help "1st generation to attend college" students and recently joined the advisory board for Hatch (HatchExperience.org) an organization designed to find creative ways to make the world a better place.

Mr. Levine received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics (with Honors) from the University of Florida, his M.B.A. in International Finance from Schiller University in Heidelberg Germany. His post-graduate work was done at the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Levine is married to Melissa Friedman-Levine, a successful OB/GYN. They have two children - Della and Joah, and for 10 months in 2011, were foster parents to an incredible young boy. Together and with friends they spend much of their free time in Montana.
