FAU OIT is piloting the use of Copilot for Microsoft 365 with various representatives across campus to determine the impact of generative AI use in daily work within higher education.

Grammarly

Grammarly Premium

Grammarly helps with proofreading texts, text suggestions, and can assist through various other apps such as Microsoft Word.

How to Activate your Grammarly Account:

  1. Go to the Grammarly Activation page to activate your account.
  2. Enter your FAU email address in the "School Email" field and select Continue.
  3. On the Sign Up page, enter your FAU email, a new password for Grammarly, and your name. Then select Agree and Sign up.
  4. You will then be taken to FAU Single Sign-on page. Continue by signing in with your FAUNet ID and password.
  5. Your Grammarly account will now be activated.

How to Install Grammarly:

  1. After you activate and sign in to your Grammarly account, you will be able to install Grammarly by selecting the Download Grammarly link.
  2. Download the Grammarly.exe.
  3. Click the Grammarly.exe and follow the promts for installing Grammarly.
  4. Complete installing Grammarly.
