Robert L. Doyle III, MPA, PMP, joins the AccessTECH team, providing leadership in workforce strategy and engagement. Doyle brings more than 30 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors in multiple states, including Illinois, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. His expertise includes building partnerships, innovating employment programs, and managing strategic relationships with State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies and Community Rehabilitation Programs.

Prior to joining FAU, Mr. Doyle served for almost thirteen years as Director of the Florida Division of Blind Services, where he achieved a 30% increase in employment outcomes and pioneered several firsts for Florida's VR program for individuals who are blind and have low vision. Prior to that, he served as Director of Delaware's Division for the Visually Impaired. Doyle has held national leadership positions including President of the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) and President of the National Council of State Agencies for the Blind (NCSAB). With more than 15 years on CSAVR's and NCSAB's Executive Committees and being elected for three terms as CSAVR Treasurer, Mr. Doyle maintains deep connections within the national VR network. His Florida workforce system engagement includes serving on the CareerSource Florida board and executive committee, as well as participation on the WIOA taskforce. His government affairs background includes service in legislative affairs for the Illinois Department of Human Services and as Rules Analyst for the Illinois General Assembly's Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR).

Doyle holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies from the University of Illinois-Springfield.
