Noemi Coltea graduated from the Wilkes Honors College in 2005 with a concentration in Economics. As a student at the WHC, she was elected student body governor. Coltea went on to obtain her Master’s in Public Administration in 2009 and her Ph.D. in Adult and Community Education in 2014, both from FAU.

Currently, Dr. Coltea is Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at MDS on Demand, a management consulting firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, and is a board member for SunFest of Palm Beach County. She served as the president of The Junior League of the Palm Beaches from 2017-2018 and was a founding board member of Leadership Florida Connect Statewide where she served from 2007-2016. Most recently, Dr. Coltea was a member of FAU’s Graduate and Professional Student Association Executive Board. In recognition of her community involvement, Dr. Coltea was the recipient of the 2017 FAU Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
