coastlines logo    Established in 1970, Coastlines proudly publishes the fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, works of translation, graphic narrative, and artwork of Florida Atlantic University students. The editorial staff is primarily made up of graduate students affiliated with the Creative Writing Program, as well as a few select undergraduate students . All works of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry are eligible to receive the Aisling Award, which comes with a cash prize.
Coastlines is published annually and made available at various locations in the South Florida area both on and off Florida Atlantic University campuses.  Submissions are accepted each year from April to December for publication the following spring.
