The Division of Public Affairs reviews and approval all communications, marketing and media relations materials distributed on behalf of Florida Atlantic University.

To receive approvals, please refer to the below contacts and time frames:

Creative Collateral

• Allow up to 72 hours for approval
• NOTE: All designs featuring third-party marks must be approved by both Creative Services and Brand Development and Licensing. If collateral includes third-party marks, include Dexter LaMont (dlamont@fau.edu) on approval request email.

Promotional Items

• Email branddevelopment@fau.edu
• Allow up to 72 hours for approval
• NOTE: Please be sure FAU licensee submits final artwork through licensing portal BM360 for approval.
