Remediate Files with TOPTAL

Toptal is FAU's automated PDF remediation tool, designed to help instructors and staff quickly make course documents fully accessible PDFs. 

Quick Start Guide

  1. Access Toptal: Go to Toptal Sign In and log in using your full FAU email address.
  2. Upload Your PDFs: Select up to 20 files at a time (max 97 pages per file) to start automated remediation. Optional AI alt-text generation and tagging are available.
  3. Download & Swap: Retrieve your remediated files from your dashboard and swap them into your Canvas courses using the Ally  tool.
