Karen Dunn is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Enterprises, a technology company that develops software solutions supporting vocational rehabilitation agencies and workforce programs across the United States.

Dunn brings decades of experience in the vocational rehabilitation field, including over 20 years working directly within state vocational rehabilitation programs. She previously held leadership roles in state agencies, including serving as Operations Director for the Texas Vocational Rehabilitation program and earlier with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services.

Over the past decade at Alliance Enterprises, Dunn has worked with vocational rehabilitation agencies nationwide to strengthen program systems and advance the use of technology and data to support effective service delivery. She is honored to serve on the Florida Atlantic University AccessTECH Stakeholder Advisory Council, contributing her experience to support innovation and expanded employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
