Cody Dixon
Cody Dixon serves as Vice President of Business Development at Radicle Health, where he focuses on strategic growth, partnerships, and expanding technology solutions that improve outcomes for health and human services organizations.
Cody’s career path reflects the transformative power of workforce development. After being laid off during a bank merger, he was able to participate in a paid internship program through the State of Idaho’s workforce agency. That opportunity allowed him to transition into the technology sector, joining an early-stage startup that developed SaraWorks, a client communication platform designed to reduce administrative burden for staff while increasing engagement among vocational rehabilitation and workforce participants.
Through that internship opportunity, Cody helped grow SaraWorks from an emerging solution into a successful company serving public sector agencies across the country. In 2022, SaraWorks was acquired by Radicle Health, further expanding its impact within the broader health and human services ecosystem.
Radicle Health’s mission is to empower organizations that serve vulnerable populations with technology that strengthens care coordination, improves operational efficiency, and drives better outcomes. The company provides purpose-built solutions for behavioral health, human services, and workforce agencies, helping them streamline workflows, enhance engagement, and focus more time on the individuals and communities they support.
Cody brings both lived workforce experience and industry expertise to the FAU AccessTECH Advisory Committee. His work is grounded in a deep belief that access to opportunity—supported by the right technology—can change career trajectories, strengthen agencies, and improve lives.
