Academic Advising in the DFSCAL fosters relationships with students through collaborative learning that promotes student accountability for achieving their academic, personal, and professional goals. In partnership with the University community, academic advising supports a holistic college experience that encourages timely graduation and prepares students to be productive in both the workplace and society.

  • Walk-In Advising Canceled - Wednesday & Thursday, September 9th & 10th, 2015

Due to degree certification, walk-in advising will be canceled on Wednesday & Thursday, September 9th & 10th, 2015. You can schedule an advising appointment online through the Success Network. We apologize for the inconvenience.


  • New Advising Format! Online Skype for Business Advising Appointments

Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters students can now schedule Online Skype for Business advising appointments. When logging into the Success Network, please look for appointment slots titled "Skype for Business Advising". There are steps you must take prior to your online Skype for Business advising appointments to ensure you have the correct software and hardware, for information and instructions click here.
