Dr. Kelly Roy

Bio:

Dr. Kelly Roy serves as Director for International Enrollment Services and is responsible for managing the partnership with FAU’s international recruitment organization, Study Group. She works closely with colleagues within FAU and at Study Group to coordinate the application, admission, onboarding, and enrollment processes for high-quality international students.

Kelly began her career as a graduate assistant in FAU’s International Student and Scholar Services Office in 2010. Following graduation from her master’s degree, she worked in admissions at Newberry College followed by academic advising at Florida International University before returning to FAU in 2014. At FAU, she served as an academic advisor in the College of Business, then joined the College of Social Work and Criminal Justice in 2016 as an academic advisor for 2 years and Assistant Director of Advising Services for 4 years. In 2022, she rejoined the international education world, assuming her current role with the Center for Global Engagement. Kelly holds 3 degrees from FAU: B.A. in Psychology, M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.
