Pursuant to  Florida Board of Governors Regulation 1.001  ,State University Boards of Trustees are authorized to promulgate University Regulations in accordance with the   Regulation Development Procedure for State University Boards of Trustees adopted by the Board of Governors.

The University is in the process of reviewing and updating any and all regulations effected by the Campus Free Expression Act, including but not limited to Regulation 4.004  Pending review and update, all University regulations will be implemented consistent with the new statutory requirements.
