Theatre Lab

The Professional Resident Company of FAU

NOW ON STAGE: Unlucky Nick by Carter W. Lewis

Theatre Lab is proud to present the fourth in our Playwright’s Forum & Master Class Series as we welcome nationally renowned playwright, Carter W. Lewis, back to our stage.

Join us for a staged reading of his newest work, Unlucky Nick.

Is love a choice, a process, or a passion? Do we choose the love that identifies us? Or could our passions be a mere acquiescence to random circumstance? And does it matter? Unlucky Nick has chosen, re-chosen and been chosen in this odd and funny love story of consciousness and unconsciousness.

The performance will be followed by a discussion with the cast, director, and playwright and help to set the stage for Carter’s Master Class on First Drafts & First Read the following Sunday morning.

Directed by Louis Tyrrell

Featuring: Jeni Hacker, Cherise James, Elizabeth Price, Dominic Smith, & Karen Stephens

Tickets: $20 General Public, $10 Industry & Student RUSH tickets available at the door (Cash Only)
