System & Network Status

There are still various lingering issues with CMS. Site navigations seem to be disappearing from random sites. Please take the time to look through your site on the web (www.fau.edu) and open a ticket with the helpdesk at http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk if you see any information missing. We are working with the vendor to try to resolve these issues.

Parature (service desk) and the Online Computing Support Center (http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk) will be unavailable on Saturday, July 11 from 11:00PM until 5:00AM Sunday, July 12.

• Banner INB and Self-Service were unavailable from midnight until 10:00am Sunday in order to perform our annual fiscal year end roll processes.

What IRM Does

IRM supports academic and administrative computing systems and applications, the campus network, phone system, open and instructional computing labs, and video learning resources.

System and Network Maintenance
IRM performs routine systems maintenance on Thursdays, 3-7 a.m. During that time IRM-supported services might be unavailable. A list of systems and services that are routinely not available during that time is posted on the Systems Status. page.

The network group reserves 5-7 a.m., Monday-Wednesday and Friday for its maintenance. IRM will make every effort to notify the University community of all planned service/network interruptions.
