FAU CAPS recognizes that current events may cause significant psychological distress in our student body. We invite you to talk about your reactions in a safe and confidential space by attending our Current Events Drop-in Support Group. The group will be held every Monday at 5-5:50 p.m. at CAPS (Bldg 8, room 229) throughout the Spring semester.  No appointment or reservation needed but please arrive promptly.

We acknowledge the range of emotions which you may experiencing following the recent incidents of violence in Louisiana, Minnesota and Texas, as well as the less publicized, but no less important, incidents of violence in our communities. We invite you to walk-in to speak with a counselor during regular business hours, or contact us at 561-297-3540 to make an appointment. We also have support available after-hours at 561-297-3540.
