In a new adaptation that the New York Times and New York Post called “undeniably moving” and “an extraordinary theatrical adventure,” this powerful fresh version of the familiar story rises to new levels of authenticity. It tells a deeper story that has restored the terror and shatters the heart. Anne Frank demands that we remember that the vilification of others is not only dangerous but that it destroys our humanity. She reminds us to celebrate our diversity, to defend it daily and to continue to hope with arms open wide. The play at FAU is directed by Jean-Louis Baldet.
