Rami Elkhatib, Ph.D., received his doctorate degree in computer engineering at Florida Atlantic University. He researched efficient implementation of post-quantum cryptography. He is also working part time at PQSecure Technologies, based in Boca Raton, Fla., as a cryptographic engineer. His research areas include cryptographic engineering, post-quantum cryptography and field-programmable gate array implementation and optimization.
