Preparing Tomorrow's Workforce: A Roundtable Discussion with Industry Experts

Florida Atlantic University and the South Florida Business Journal are proud to host a high-level panel discussion on Monday, March 23, 2026, focused on the preparation of tomorrow’s workforce. As South Florida continues to emerge as a global hub for innovation, this dialogue will bring together prominent leaders from academia, government, and the private sector to bridge the gap between education and industry growth.

The event features a distinguished panel including Florida Atlantic University President Adam Hasner; Eric Silagy, Vice Chairman of Related Ross; Kelly Smallridge, President of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County; Dave Scott, EVP and Chief People and Administration Officer for ADT; and Kate Stengle, Vice President of HR for NextEra Energy. Their collective expertise in infrastructure, human capital, and academic leadership will provide a comprehensive look at the opportunities currently facing our local talent pipeline.
