FLLIP 2026 Cohort

Jasmine Camino is interning with Representative Toby Overdorf in Spring 2026 and was also selected for Florida Atlantic University’s Owls on the Hill cohort in Washington, D.C., which she will complete in Fall 2026. Jasmine will continue her bachelor’s degree in Political Science while gaining firsthand experience in the federal legislative process. After graduation, Jasmine plans to begin her career in policy analysis, with a long-term goal of serving as a member of the United States Congress.

Raegan Fisher is interning for the office of Representative Peggy Gossett Seidman (District 91) in the spring of 2026. Raegan will graduate with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from FAU in spring of 2027. She will subsequently pursue a career in government or politics. 

Alexander Gerber is interning for Senator Tina Polsky (District 30) during the Spring 2026 semester. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of FAU, where he is expected to graduate in Spring 2027. Alexander hopes to attend graduate school in Washington, D.C. and seek a career in government.

Gabriel Gobi, currently a junior at Florida Atlantic, is interning for Florida State Senator Shevrin Jones (District 34) during the Spring 2026 semester. Gobi is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law. He is projected to graduate in May 2027, and later intends to attend law school.

Jade Jannarone is interning for the office of Representative Kelly Skidmore in spring of 2026. Jade will graduate with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minors in English and Peace, Justice and Human Rights from FAU in spring of 2027. She will subsequently pursue a law degree.
