Employees may supplement their retirement savings through one or more voluntary retirement plans, subject to plan eligibility requirements and annual IRS contribution limits.

State University System Optional Retirement Plan
Available only to employees enrolled in the State University System Optional Retirement Program (SUSORP). Employees enrolled in the FRS Pension Plan, FRS Investment Plan, or FICA Alternative Program are not eligible to participate.
SUSORP participants may contribute up to 5.14% of their compensation to the voluntary ORP account on a pre-tax basis through one of the following approved providers:
