Transferring Credits

Want to find out if your classes transfer to Florida Atlantic University? To help students out, FAU has partnered with Transferology to get a simple answer of “Will my courses transfer?”

Of course, all transfer students are required to submit official transcripts from ALL colleges or universities attended (this includes dual enrollment credits earned while still in high school) to Florida Atlantic University, but Transferology is a free, online tool to help students predict how courses will transfer.

To get started you will need to:

  1. Visit the Transferology website.
  2. Create a free account.
  3. Enter courses from previous institutions to see how they transfer to Florida Atlantic University. *

Here are some FAQs about Transferology.

* Don't see a credit in Transferology? That does not mean Florida Atlantic University does not accept it - we may not have evaluated the course yet and it could be accepted in the future.

Please note, students who have completed part or all of their education abroad, must submit foreign credential evaluations by a NACES accredited evaluation. Students receiving credits through exam programs (such as AP, AICE, IB, and CLEP) must have test scores sent directly from the testing agency to FAU. FAU will not accept test credit from another institution’s transcript.
